What makes a great story?
How does a writer get started?
What elements do I need to bring my story to life?
How do I write it?
How can a writers room develop a common language to help each other as you create a story together?
This webinar will center on the foundational issues of story, delving into creating two rivers that run through every story – the narrative action that is visible, and the emotional unfolding of characters that flows beneath it. In this Webinar, you will learn techniques to develop and integrate these two strands in new ways that will connect you to your own voice and potential plus provide technical tools to help you move forward in exciting new ways.
Both Junge and LaZebnik are award-winning veteran playwrights and television writers, with hundreds of hours of produced television episodes between them. They are dedicated believers in the power of storytelling and excited to help writers of all kinds engage in work that is personally meaningful and exceptionally well-told.
